What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and order details. If you contact us on WhatsApp, we see the number and messages you send us. We do not collect payment card details — payments are settled directly via UPI or cash on delivery.
How We Use It
Your details are used only to process and deliver your order, confirm it with you on WhatsApp, and let you know about its status. We may occasionally share offers with customers who have ordered before — reply STOP anytime to opt out.
What We Never Do
We never sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties. Your details are shared only with our delivery partners, and only as far as needed to get your order to your door.
Data Retention
Order records are kept for our accounts and for handling exchanges. If you want your details removed from our records, message us on WhatsApp and we will delete them.
